Katherine: The ring exchange, it felt amazing to put that ring on his finger. Adam: The sudden spike of anxiety of seeing my bride have a panic attack mere seconds before I had to go to the altar, but then the relief of seeing her smile as she recovered and walked down the aisle. Katherine: Please note the panic attack was due to social anxiety and not because of getting married to Adam :) Any advice for future brides & grooms? Relax on the day of, anything that happens that day is out of your control. Just enjoy your moment because you probably won't even notice something went wrong. Most hilarious moment from your day? Adam: How much my best man loved hanging out with my dad Katherine: Watching Adam dance to Bye Bye Bye What is the best thing you did for yourself the day of? Katherine: Getting my hair and makeup done early so we had time to relax before the first look. Adam: Trying to relax. Where did you honeymoon? Ireland! Anything else you'd like to share? It was exhausting but worth it!
